DYW Whole Food Coaching offers private, personal meal services, straight to your refrigerator! Meals are made from wholesome real food, using high quality, unprocessed ingredients, seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains, certified sustainable wild seafood, organic eggs and dairy, poultry, pork, and beef raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics, from farms using the most humane practices. If I wouldn’t feed it to my family, I will not serve it to yours!

All meals are cooked to order, per individual/ family, per recipe. Meals are never “batch” cooked, so food preferences, food allergies, special diets and customized eating plans are always accommodated. Whether you’re looking for diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, low-salt, vegan, vegetarian, non-dairy meals, Paleo, Keto, or any other special request, I will happily provide them for you, and make them taste terrific. Menu selections will vary from week to week based on seasonal fresh ingredients.
