Meal orders are for delivery Tuesday, January 9th, 2018, and Friday, January 12th, 2018.

Current Menu Choices 

Maui Black Bean Chowder

Celery, carrots, purple onion, assorted bell peppers, black beans, tomatoes, and fresh corn blended in thickened herb stock. With cilantro, creme fresh, and tortilla crisps.

(Chicken or Vegetarian)

Gnocchi with Kale

Onion, garlic, lemon, and kale. Topped with toasted pine nuts and Parmesan.Served with vegetable saute.

(Chicken or Vegetarian)

Spicy Basil Vegetables

Shallots, garlic, chili and basil paste stir-fried with vegetables and brown sauce. Served with brown rice.

(Chicken or Vegetarian)

Mediterranean Swordfish

Chopped tomatoes, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar tossed with  penne pasta. Topped with roasted swordfish and feta cheese. With steamed green beans. 

Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

Italian sausage, yellow onion, waxy potatoes, celery, red wine vinegar, fennel, oregano, bone-in chicken breast, and chopped kale. Served with spinach salad.

Hearty Mushroom and Veggie Stew

Onion, cremini mushrooms, red potatoes, carrots, celeriac root, kale, fresh stock, and fresh herbs. Served with fresh whole grain bread slice from Breadfarm Bakery.

(Beef or Vegetarian)

Gold Rush Chili

Onion, butternut squash, Yukon Gold potatoes, garlic, yellow bell pepper, mild chili pepper, cumin, oregano, chipotle, tomatoes, and an assortment of pinto, kidney, and black beans. Served with whole grain bread slice from Breadfarm Bakery.

(Turkey or Vegetarian)

Lemon-Cream and Champagne Risotto

Onion, garlic, sparkling wine, cream, fresh lemon, Arborio rice, and thyme. Topped with Parmesan and fresh parsley. Served with vegetable saute. 

(Pork Chop or Vegetarian)
